Faraci is Kodak's new president

Phillip Faraci was named president and chief operating officer at Eastman Kodak Co. last Monday. The photography giant continues to drive growth into the digital market. Faraci, formerly from Hewlett-Packard Co., will replace James Langley, who will become a senior vice president until his retirement later this year. The company’s digital transformation is led by Antonio Perez, who took control of Kodak in 2005.
