Kodak land too polluted to build homes on!

Kodak land too polluted to build homes on! - One third of Kodak's shrinking home industrial estate, Kodak Park in Rochester NY USA, can not now be sold for residential development because the soil and groundwater are too polluted. The pollution has been caused by continual accidental chemical discharges from plants producing photographic film, paper and chemistry products. The demolition of those plants has freed the land for sale. It's expected to be re-developed for industrial use only.
