First Riga Biennale!

Elmira Watts, UK Photographer of the Year 2004, wonders if it might be worthwhile for PhotoWeek to mention the First Riga Biennale, an international exhibition of Graphic Arts (including photography) taking place in Riga, Latvia in 2008. There is a Russian Language website for the Biennale, and more information is available from info@rigabin.com. (www.photomart.co.uk hopes to put on a seminar with Elmira Watts this autumn.)
