PHOTOMART RAISES £2,000 FOR EYE HOSPITAL

LONDON, June 22, 2006 - Photomart, one of the UK's leading sellers of trade photographic equipment and supplies, held the final in its June series of all-day photography seminars, in benefit of The St. John Eye Hospital, this Tuesday the 20th of June, at the company's Studio Equipment showrooms in London E17. This final seminar, entitled "Event Photography - Techniques for Profit" was presented by BPPA Event Photographer of the Year, Keith Trainor (of Event Portraits). It was sponsored by Sony (U.K.), and attended by photographers who each made a £50 donation to the charity. Mr. Anthony Chignell, Hospitaller of the St. John Eye Hospital, attended. The total raised from photographers through Photomart's seminars in June was brought to £2,000.
