If you're a community pharmacy, you're covered by the www.photomart.co.uk Pharmacy Guarantee. Subject to terms and conditions, this means that we guarantee you the lowest price for qualifying items available in the UK.

If you find a qualifying item advertised by a competitor at a cheaper price, www.photomart.co.uk will beat that price.

If you buy a qualifying item from us, and then find that you could have got it cheaper elsewehere, we'll refund you the difference.

It means you're always best off purchasing from www.photomart.co.uk, and it's subject only to the following terms and conditions:

  1. QUALIFYING ITEMS

    1. The www.photomart.co.uk Pharmacy Guarantee applies to certain items only. These are items that www.photomart.co.uk specializes in, items we have trained staff to support, and with whose manufacturers we maintain a close product relationship.

      www.photomart.co.uk may vary the list of qualifying items from time to time without notice, but we will always list them exhaustively here.

    2. The www.photomart.co.uk Pharmacy Guarantee compares our prices only to those of competitors in the UK who have the identical product and/or good in stock or service immediately available, and the product, good and/or service is priced accurately, on the same date that you order it from www.photomart.co.uk. The www.photomart.co.uk Pharmacy Guarantee does not extend to matching liquidation, clearance or auction prices, flood or fire sales, or matching the price of short-date or date-expired goods.

  2. HOW MUCH WILL WE BEAT COMPETITORS BY?

    We pledge to beat qualifying competitor prices by up to 125% of the difference between our price and theirs before you purchase. If you have purchased already, and find a better price elsewhere within 24 hours, if you follow our procedure for a Pharmacy Guarantee claim, and your claim qualifies, we will refund you the difference between the competitor price and ours.

  3. WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PHARMACY GUARANTEE?

    The www.photomart.co.uk Pharmacy Guarantee is available only to community pharmacies. www.photomart.co.uk reserves the right solely at its own discretion to honour the Pharmacy Guarantee only for customers who are on the RPS Register of Pharmacists and whose premises (for delivery purposes) is on the Register of Pharmacies, at the date they avail of the Guarantee.

  4. HOW DO I CLAIM A REFUND UNDER THE PHARMACY GUARANTEE?

    1. If you have purchased a qualifying item from us, and find a better price elsewhere within 24 hours, if you follow our procedure for a Pharmacy Guarantee claim, and your claim qualifies, we will refund you the difference between the competitor price and ours. If you have made your purchase through one of our representatives you may contact them within 24 hours of the confirmation of your order and they can guide your claim through the procedure. Otherwise, you must send a written request either to customerservices@photomart.co.uk or by fax to 0870 011 5762 marked for the attention of Customer Services. The request must be received within 24 hours of the confirmation of your order from www.photomart.co.uk. The request should detail your original order from www.photomart.co.uk and should also detail where the competitor price is advertised, or be accompanied by a supporting competitor quotation. www.photomart.co.uk will not usually match a competitor price that is either unadvertised or not evidenced by written quotation. That's all you have to do. Just send your claim to us, we'll do the rest. We'll contact you to evaluate your claim, and if it qualifies we'll make a refund to the same card/account you made the original purchase on.

    2. Refunds will be made only at the absolute discretion of www.photomart.co.uk, who shall be the sole arbiter of claims, and no correspondence shall be entered into about the outcome of claims. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  5. WHAT CRITERIA ARE PRICES COMPARED ON?

    1. Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price.

    2. Prices will not be compared against competitor items priced to sell only in a bundle with other items, or against competitor items discounted as part of a whole order discount on a larger order.

    3. The www.photomart.co.uk Pharmacy Guarantee may not apply against competitor prices where the Customer would use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing to get that price.

  6. HOW LONG WILL THE PHARMACY GUARANTEE LAST FOR?

    www.photomart.co.uk is offering the Pharmacy Guarantee indefinitely. However, we reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Guarantee from time to time or withdraw it at any time without prior notice.
