Entry – Gate 2:
The Minilab Mini-show coincides with a "match day". Upon arrival, please be sure to enter the stadium at Gate 2 only.
At the gate you will be required to sign in. Your name will be checked by a security official against the list of names of all pre-booked delegates. You will then be directed to follow the signs towards the "Premier Suite". The "Premier Suite" is the room where Minilab Mini-show will be held.

ON FOOT
The most popular and pleasant means of reaching the SWALEC Stadium from Cardiff
Central station is on foot. The final part of the 15 minute leisurely stroll takes you along the banks of the famous River Taff through Bute Park and the grounds of Cardiff Castle.
BY ROAD From London: Travel time is approximately 3 hours via the M4 Westbound.
From Birmingham: Travel time is approximately 2.5 hours via the M5 Southbound and then the M4 Westbound.
From the East – exit the M4 at Junction 29 and follow the A48M towards Llandaff. Join Cardiff Road (A4119) and bear left onto Cathedral Road. The SWALEC Stadium is situated off Sophia Close which is on Cathedral Road.
From the West – exit the M4 at Junction 33. Follow the A4232 for 6.2 miles and exit on the slip road onto Leckwith road. Follow the A4161 and then turn left onto Cathedral Road (A4119). Turn right onto Sophia Close where the SWALEC Stadium is situated.
Satellite Navigation Users: Enter postcode CF11 9XR for drop off at SWALEC Stadium (Gate 2).

Please avoid unauthorised use of any of the private or pub car parks in the area as this may result in clamping and/or a penalty charge.
Delegates are advised to use the Sophia Gardens pay & display car park situated adjacent to the Welsh Institute of Sport in Lower Cathedral Rd (see map):
