1. The 'Photomart Dye Sub Delerium Deal' promotion is valid on purchases of new models of the specified printers and printer bundles that were purchased from Wincastle ltd. t/a www.photomart.co.uk (Photomart) in the UK during the specified promotional period.

Promotion is not available on any 'special bid/quote pricing'.

2. The promotion is open only to end user customers of Photomart being any (i) UK based commercial end-user purchasers; or (ii) private end user purchasers aged 18 years or over who are residents of the UK.

This offer is not open to employees of (i) Photomart; DNP Photo Imaging Europe (DNP); HiTi Digital, Inc. (HiTi); Fujifilm UK Ltd. (Fujifilm); Sony Europe Ltd. (Sony) or Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. ("Mitsubishi"), (ii) any agent, wholesaler, distributor, reseller, retailer, or participating stockists (together the "Sales Channels") of any of the parties mentioned in "(i)", OR (iii) any Sales Channel officer, employee or person connected with the promotion.

3. Details contained within any "Dye Sub Delerium Deal" promotional material or literature, forms part of the terms and conditions of the promotion. Participants are deemed to agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions.

4. This promotion is only open and applicable to the purchase of any of the specified printer or printer bundles from Photomart. Only one claim per specified printer or printer bundle purchased will be permitted. A maximum of 4 claims per person will be allowed during the promotional period. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion by Photomart.

5. Your claim is not transferrable to any other individual or business; cash back payments will be made by cheque to the original purchaser of a specified printer / printer bundle only.

6. The promotion is subject to availability of the specified printers / printer bundles; Photomart reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion without notice and without liability.

7. Your purchase from Photomart automatically qualifies you for this promotion and there is no requirement for you to submit any further claims. By agreeing to any of the relevant purchases, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

8. Your invoice detailing the purchase of any of the specified printers / printer bundles, excluding the Mitsubishi Electric CP-D70DW; CP-D707DW; CP D70DW-S or CP D707DW-S and dated within the promotional period, can be used as proof of purchase and as validation for your claim so please be sure to retain this document. Any other documentation is not acceptable.

9. Provided that the terms and conditions of this promotion have been met, Photomart will pay you the relevant 'cash back' sum in full. Photomart will endeavour to make payments within 7 days after a 30 day cooling off period from the date of invoice, however please allow up to a maximum of 56 days to receive your payment.

10. If you do not receive your cash back payment within 60 days of the invoice date, it may be because you have failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the promotion. Photomart's decision is final. Enquiries can be directed to Photomart Customer Services after a period of 60 days but no more than 90 days after the date of invoice. Enquiries received longer than 90 days after the date of invoice will no longer be valid.

11. All payments will be paid only by cheque to the business or person who's name appears on the invoice. Payments will be sent to the relevant billing address.

12. Photomart will account for any VAT as may be due on the relevant 'cash back' sum. Photomart shall not be responsible for any tax liability as may be incurred by you. If you are VAT registered then you must reduce your input VAT accordingly for the VAT payable by Photomart.

16. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

17. You agree to Photomart using your personal data as may appear on your invoice for the purpose of administration of your claim.

If you are uncertain about the model that you would like to trade in, you may call Photomart at any time during normal hours of business to establish whether we will accept your printer for the purpose of this trade-in promotion. Photomart retains the discretion to accept printers which may qualify as a TRADE IN printer.

14. There will NOT be any deductions from the trade in amount for missing accessories or state of repair.
